We stayed at Patio Filipino until 1:00PM, but during the "lunch break", rain heavily pours and we even thought that we cannot push thru with our Ambon Ambon Trekking. So we decided to dip into the infinity pool at Patio Filipino and spend the rest of the time there. Luckily, as time approaching 1:00PM, rain started to fade and we were called for our Trekking, which is part 2 of our day tour.

Ambon Ambon Falls is said to be 30 minute trekking from the road. During the trekking, you will enjoy the forest like environment that surrounds you. You will cross 3 rivers with just so right current during our trip and a hanging bridge.
As we approach the second base, we were told that we cannot proceed going up since the weather is unpredictable and there is no available space to shelter when the rain started to fall again. So we just had this mini-falls though. haha! =)

ReplyDeleteWow such scenic views from Patio Filipino. Hope to visit this place in the future, who knows. :-) Most mountain resorts prioritize the safety of their guests, it's good that they didn't allow you to proceed further. Sayang nga lang. Dibale, better safe than sorry.
ReplyDeleteNice! How's the condition of the falls, is it clean pa naman?
