Homitori is a dormitory type building were men and women is exclusively separated by building. One room is good for 4 person with 2 double decks, 4 cabinets and a table with 2 outlets.
Rates:
Single Occupancy 400.00 per night (inclusive of breakfast)
Quad Sharing 180.00 per night (inclusive of breakfast)
Breakfast served on their pantry/canteen from 6:30AM to 8:30AM.
from my 2 day experience, my first breakfast is Tortang Talong and Sinangag and on the second, Pritong Sapsap with Talong and plain rice.
Free wi-fii but its highly recommend to stay at the lobby for better signal.
Free use of Gym
Toilet and Shower Room are separated but common to all
Assessment:
1) Clean
2) Well air-conditioned
3) Accommodating Staffs
4) Unique shower system (rain shower type but the water automatically closes like most faucets)
5) Food - i don't eat veggies. :)
6) Location - strategically located at the heart of downtown Davao
