Over the past few days, globe has been consistent about their signal coverage. We're paying for their services yet they provide us this signal issues. I've been with globe for almost 10years now, but recently I feel disappointed with their services.
Delayed Text messages.
Cannot connect to the internet.
Low signal using viber/tango even though the connection were in 3G.
yeah I'm ok with their 3g service before then lately the connection will just turn off! ;(
ReplyDeleteme either. dunno what's happening with them now. maybe, they slowly upgrading causing some troubleshoots to other users. (it's better to leave a thought that way) LOL :)
DeleteFunny how their signal fluctuates even when you are just steps away.
ReplyDeleteIt sucks to know that they are so updated when it comes to billing but they are not with they're services.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a nightmare to me especially if the phone is your only companion if internet cafes aren't around. You may want to change your provider, just a thought!
ReplyDeleteReally? I haven't had any issues with Globe just yet (also using their services for over 10 years now) -- well, not to this extent at least.
ReplyDeletehopefully, actions are taken immediately. cellphones are the handiest ones when bloggers are out from their study at home to do some posts...hihi
ReplyDeleteI think the services of Globe are ok, sometimes there are technical difficulties.
ReplyDeleteLet Globe Customer Service know!.. not good.
ReplyDeletei had the same issue on my prepaid unlimited surf, di ko na gamit...
ReplyDeletenever really stuck with globe for a while, had my postpaid plan cut back 2004. oh well. :/
ReplyDeletehopefully we'll someday get our money's worth with the service providers we choose. :/
True. And Globe's CSR are all BOBO. Hahaha. Umulan lang at kumidlat, wala nang signal. hahahaha. Noks Sosa I Tripapips.com
ReplyDeleteI have been with Globe since 1997 and I also have Smart (5 years) and Sun (less than 1 year) and among the three, Globe is still the better provider.
ReplyDeleteWhat I really noticed is that, during my vacation last March 2012, I was surprised to receive an SMS that I will get free 10mbps internet service. I was just surprise when I compare it to my present connection that it 100mbps. I could not imagine how slow it would be to have 10mbps.
ReplyDeleteaawww too bad. i thought because there is more cellular networks to choose from, there will be tougher competition that each company will try to outdo each other.....seems they are to laxed now..
ReplyDeleteI have been a globe subscriber for more than 10 years and I cannot say I am satisfied. The only reason I am staying now is because I don't want to lose my number since it's been with me for a long time.
ReplyDeleteThat is truly frustrating, isn't it? You pay the services and you get poor coverage. Hmmm. When I was still living in the PHilippines, I use only Globe and I did not have any issues with them. I wonder what has happened to them now. Hope they fix this one.
ReplyDeleteGlobe subscriber din po ako... at ganon din reklamo ko...
ReplyDeleteKaya nga pinag iisipan ku nang magpalit... :(
no wonder why foreigners doesn't like the internet connection in philippines haha! ended up calling digitel company for the their wi-fi internet with free telephones and everything is good! i got frustrated last time. but i use my singapore for my iPhone though, xx
ReplyDeleteI sometimes cannot really understand Globe, merong times na ok yung service, merong times na crappy. In other words: not consistent
ReplyDeleteI just signed up for a plan with globe..
ReplyDeleteNow I feel apprehensive! haist!
There's a lot of things Globe needs to improve pa talaga...
ReplyDeleteSo far, my Globe is still good. ^_^
ReplyDeleteone faithful globe user too! experiencing the same issues as well. i guess everybody does. @@
